FREE SHIPPING
►Free shipping is available for customers ordering above $499 and more. A shipping surcharge of $100 will be applied to all orders under USD $499. Please note, that free shipping is only applicable for the following countries and continents: Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe, South Africa and USA (excluding US territories and Alaska). For other countries and territories, please confirm with us for extra shipping fee. 

DUTIES, CUSTOMES, TAXES & SURCHAGES  
► International customers will be responsible for custom duties or taxes. We have no control over these charges and they are not included in our product prices. Usually order value of $700 or less does not incur any duties or taxes. If duties or taxes are applicable, the courier company will contact you. Please note, that the custom invoice, which will be attached with your order, will much lower than your online purchase invoice (i.e. order value) as it will exclude the shipping, export duties and handling cost, etc.

DELIVERY & TIMES
► Your order will be sent via door to door courier service (e.g. Aramex, Skynet, DHL, UPS etc.), which will require a signature to receive the goods. Hence please specify a delivery address, where someone will be available during normal office hours to sign for the parcel. Shipments usually take 5 to 7 business days to arrive at their destination. It may take more days for orders to be delivered to small or remote towns.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
► Orders may be placed online with credit cards through PayPal or unpaid (i.e. wire transfer option). You do not need to have a PayPal account to complete this payment method. Your privacy and security is assured through PayPal. Please note: Your payment is processed through our parent company account "Agsln Aps".

If you select wire transfer, the bank account details will be provided. Please note: It can take 3 to 5 days to receive the wire transfer to our account.

CANCELLATIONS
► Once the order has been dispatched (i.e. pickup by courier company), orders can no longer be cancelled.   

PRODUCTS
► Colors may not display correctly on all computers.
► Our sales coordinator can help with any pre-purchase details as needed.
► It is your responsibility to ensure that products ordered, will suit the intended purposes.

RETURNS
Notify us of any manufacturing defects, damages or wrong item(s) supplied, within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a replacement to you at no extra cost in your next order. Email us images of "defects/damages" before returning the item(s). You can send the return to our logistic centers, which are the closest to you: Texas, USA or Hamburg, Germany or Brisbane, Australia. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We inspect all returned items and issue refund only after confirming it.
Notes. Insignificant manufacturing imperfections will not be considered defects, as many of the processes are done by hand.

DAMAGED
►If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery, so that we can pursue the matter with the courier company for refund. Once the courier has approved and paid the claim to us, we will forward the applicable amount to you. Please note that 99% of shipments have no problem at all. 

STOCK
► Generally all items listed on the website are in stock items. Should there however be any instance that we run out of the merchandise you ordered, due to delay in site updates or other factors (e.g. you order more than what is in stock, etc.), we will notify you promptly. You can then either replace with other similar items or we can issue you full refund for out of stock item(s).
